How to Partecipate
The Best Chef Italy is a NEW exciting and dynamic TV Contest, began in the 2020.
The Program “The Best Chef Italy” is based on to kwnoledge the Best Chefs of italy and their cooking secrets.
The Chefs will compete by presenting their best dish.
These will have to demonstrate with their professionalism before a jury of experts their best recipe, under the leadership of the chef and judge Simone Falcini.
The third season includes an additional "ingredient" that will leave viewers glued on the TV,
The “Race Competition”
an exciting competition, in the competition!
The Race Competition will see Chefs from all over Italy compete in front of the judges to gain access to the TOP 30 Chefs of Italy.
The best 30 Chefs will be selected from this competition, to win the title of "The Best Chef Italy S1".
Once the best 30 Chefs have been selected, the judges will go to each Chef to taste their dish.
Each Chef will receive the vote of the judges, and will be placed in a general ranking of the
"TOP 30 Chefs of Italy"
The Best 3 Chefs will play the final.
The prize pool of the competition has the Value
of about 16,000€

Competition Rules
Each Chef will have to prepare a dish that will be evaluated by a jury of professionals.
The program is based on making known the Best Chefs of Italy, their best dishes to enhance their skills.
The Program is based on 3 phases.
1° phase, the competition will take place in 3 locations, to select the TOP 30 Chefs.
the locations of the selections will be decided in the future
2° phase, includes the rehearsal of the Chefs in their local.
La 3° phase it will be the final Test of the 3 BEST CHEF OF ITALY,
where it will be decided who will be the Best Chef of Italy S1.
The Program of the “The Best Chef Italy” is based on knowledge and give visibility of the best Chefs od Italy.
The Chefs with "pan strokes", will have to prepare a dish of their own creation, either traditional, or a reinterpretation of tradition.
The Chef will have to demonstrate his best recipe with his professionalism in front of a jury of experts, under the guidance of Chef Simone Falcini.
the evaluation parameters are based on:
- Technique (particular/the techniques for the execution of the dish)
- Presentation (plating and aesthetics)
- The Taste (overall flavor and aroma of the dish)
- Choice of ingredients (companies and products of excellence, companies and products with DOP, IGP brands, etc.)
- Difficulty of execution
The marks with which each judge expresses himself, in his own evaluation is between 0 and 10 for each point.
The jury will express their assessment with their vote as soon as the tasting is over, while the vote of Chef Simone Falcini,
it may also include a 10-point bonus, which Chef Simone Falcini will be able to award to dishes prepared for their originality, features or taste!
