Judge Chef Simone Falcini
Simone Falcini, Chef and creator of the talent show Il Miglior Chef Italia and Director of the Italian Institute of Cuisine and Pastry.
He grew up in the gastronomic reality from an early age following in the footsteps of the family.
He continues to follow his culinary passion trying to discover more and more new realities in addition to the traditional Tuscan one. He studied for several years abroad.
And now, after a life in the various culinary realities, Chef Simone Falcini uses his experiences as a connoisseur of techniques, to judge the preparation and choice of chefs who aspire to the Best Chef Italy.

Judge Leonardo Comucci
Leonardo Comucci, founder and president from 1999 to today of the association Il Santuccio.
Italian wine tasting professional, with his sommelier courses in Florence he teaches the principles of good food and wine tasting.
For the Best Chef Italy, a figure like his becomes a complement to his skills and experiences at an olfactory and organoleptic level for tasting the dishes that will be prepared during the episodes.

Creator of Tour&Food, a project for which supports local businesses and small businesses in Campania.
Initially Food Blogger for passion, it will trasformed in a full enogastronomic job that trasformata in un lavoro enogastronomico which led her to make the traditional Samnite cuisine known throughout Italy.
The plating and aesthetics come together to create unique dishes that increase the value of the dish even more.
